Designed for soil cultivation without upturning at 8…18 cm deep in a shuttle-like fashion with crumbling and rilling, leaving a level finish free from lumps, furrows and ridges.
The machines are especially effective for dry tough siils and on the slopes, as they do not invert sol across the direction of the machines movement and incorporate straw and trash.
The machines operate as follows:
disc rotation minimizes friction of the disc with soil ensuring high performance and considerably reducing power and fuel consumption as well as insignificant wear-out rate in comparison with a share plough;
the cleaning scrapers evenly push the soil off the concave side of the discs ensuring level finish and burying trash. The double row of discs ensures intensive soil crumbling. The support rollers regulated by a screw adjustment ensure the necessary depth of cultivation and lump crumbling. Also, the design of the machines allows changind of the attack angle of the discs depending on the type and moisture of the soil.
The discs are manufactured with inner grinding, which enhances the machines performance in cultivating tough cohesive soils including black earth, as well as reduces the driving load and improves dynamic stability.
Notches in the discs combined with the inner grinding ensure better soil and trash crumbling and prevent blochage with surface recidue.
